About exams at Little Lever School
Little Lever School offers a wide range of courses and pupils will usually have to do an exam at some point of their school career, especially in the final two years.
Little Lever School complies with all rules and regulations set by the Joint Council of Qualifications, and expects the same from pupils.
Key Stage 4 exams can be held in November, January, March or May through to July. Pupils are expected to attend all exams that they are entered for and penalties may arise if they do not, as outlined in the school
Pupils will be given a Statement of Entry well in advance of each exam series they are entered in, to check the details and begin preparation. Individual pupil timetables will be issued once finalised.
Controlled Assessments are an integral part of most Key Stage 4 courses; these are usually held during class time, pupils should speak to their teacher about the dates of controlled assessments.
