Dear Parent / Carer,
Arrangements for the last week of term December 2025
On Thursday 18th December students are invited to ‘Bling Their Blazer’, wear trainers and festive accessories (all jewellery must be removed for PE).
The final day of the autumn term will be Friday 19th December. The school day will end at the earlier time of 12.30pm. This day will be a Christmas Jumper/Wear Your Own Clothes Day. We kindly ask that a minimum donation of £1.00 is paid via ParentPay, which will be donated to Bolton Hospice. Please ensure that suitable clothing and footwear are worn on the day.
A packed lunch, for those students who are eligible for a free school meal, can be requested by emailing mke@little-lever.bolton.sch.uk no later than Wednesday 17th December.
Please note, the school buses will not be running on the final day, and alternative arrangements will need to be made for your child’s journey home.
The school will reopen for all students, and the start of the spring term, on Monday 5th January 2026.
Finally, I would like to thank you all for the support you have given the school throughout this term. As I have said many times before I am very proud to be the Principal of Little Lever School. We have a school full of talented young people, who with the support of their parents/carers and teachers can go on and achieve things they never thought they could.
