At Little Lever School safeguarding is the responsibility of everybody. However, we have a dedicated team to lead our safeguarding strategy and support our students and families.

Each year group is further supported with a dedicated Learning Leader and our wider pastoral team that can be found in the staff section of our year group.
When recruiting any member of staff, we adhere to the guidance laid down in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
All adults who work directly with children on our site are required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
All visitors are supervised when on site.
