Little Lever School was last inspected by Ofsted in November 2018 and the report recognised the progress the school had made over the last few years.
Little Lever School strongly discourages holidays and special leave of absence during term time. Leave will only be authorised in the most exceptional circumstances.
A little lever day
Our school day structure operates with 6 teaching periods per day, including two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break.
The school day begins at 8:45am with a 25 minute registration with an Edge tutor.
Depending on your financial circumstances, you may be eligible for further financial support to help students through their educational studies.
This money enables the school to offer additional support, mentoring , homework and extra-curricular activities.
The pupil premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils of all abilities
Year 7 Catch Up
The Year 7 catch-up premium funding, introduced in 2014/15, is designed to help schools support year 7 pupils who did not reach expected standards in KS2 reading and maths tests.
