Today we have been delivering presents of books and messages to students from every year who have been nominated by staff for their kindness and hard work. We also ensured all of our most vulnerable students, those who are looked after or are young carers received a book gift for Christmas too. Reading is so important as a way of improving every child’s vocabulary but also a wonderful pass-time to enjoy over any holiday period.
‘Father’ Christmas and the Evergreen Christmas Tree visited lessons throughout Session 2 and 3 to deliver their wrapped up gifts and were greeted with great joy and surprise all around the building!
