I have been learning how to cook and bake with my mum. We’ve made afternoon tea boxes for our neighbours with scones and vanilla sponge cupcakes. I’ve also made potato cakes with the warburtons recipe. Last week I learned how to make Chinese sticky chicken and egg fried rice and last night I made spring rolls with filo pastry but made them healthy by baking them.
