Last Thursday, after school, a number of year 8 pupils volunteered to litter pick the school field and 3G pitch with Ms Bannister and Ms Farrimond.
The field was unfortunately full of rubbish from the weekend matches played by various clubs who use our facilities. Within 30 minutes, we had collected 10 bags of rubbish, an old scooter, 4 old cones and an old rounders ball!!
Thank you to those who volunteered and to Ms Farrimond for bringing her own litter pickers. They all did an excellent job and the fields and 3G pitch now looks amazing!!
