Mental health is the way you feel on any particular day. We all have mental health. Some times your mental health is good, sometimes it is not. Being able to gauge your mental health and having strategies to deal with it when it is not so good is important.
The week from 1st February to the 7th February is Mental Health Week and on this page are some activities to get involved in which you can find in the pink tabs below.
We hope you can all get something out of it.
