On Friday 1st April, at 3pm we hosted a ‘trial’ Reward Points Auction.
This was open to the 100 top points scorers in the school from when we started our Daily Points Rewards in January.
Those students are invited to join the auction in PA1 and use their points to bid for a range of prizes in different ‘tiers’:
- Tier 1: 10 bags of M&M brownies
- Tier 2: 10 £10 Amazon vouchers
- Tier 3: 2 mixed-media art sets
- Tier 3: 4 stationary packs
- Tier 4: 3 Nike footballs
- Tier 4: 3 Mitre netballs
- Tier 5: 3 £50 Xbox store vouchers
- Tier 5: 3 Playstation store vouchers
- Tier 6: Stunt scooter
- Tier 7: 2 Apple Airpods
The auction was a ‘blind’ auction. Students could bid for any of the prizes on offer by writing down their strategic points bid for that item and posting it in the bid-box next to the item. The highest bid won the prize!
We had a fantastic turnout tonight and everyone who joined us received a postcard in recognition of their making the auction and everyone will receive a treat after Easter! Student were really excited to take part in it and there was a brilliant ‘buzz’ in the room.
Remember, this is trial event. In the summer term we will run another auction open to everyone with great positive points totals!!
