Due to the four-week delay in the full unlocking of the governments’ roadmap out of restrictions until 19th July, this has unfortunately meant that our planned Year 11 Leavers’ Prom on the 15th July has now had to be postponed. With the current situation in Bolton of high COVID cases, we feel it would not be safe or appropriate to go ahead with an event involving over 100 people, putting young people and staff at risk.
Having spoken to the venue, Rivington Barn, we have re-booked the Prom on their next available date which is Tuesday 14th September.
Any payments made via Parent Pay will still stand for the new date.
If some students who could not make the original date in July would now like to attend the new September date, then you will need to notify the school via Ms Hills before 25th June as payment will be need to made via Parent Pay. Ms Hills’ email is thi@little-lever.bolton.sch.uk
Likewise, if you cannot attend the new September date, then you will need to notify Ms Hills as soon as possible before the 25th June.
